Randall Shane Sawyer, age 52, of Malvern, died Thursday, August 10, 2017 in Little Rock. He was born in Malvern on November 19, 1964 to the late Richard Sawyer and Ruby Mae Bridges Sawyer. Reared and receiving his education in Malvern and Benton, he was a graduate of Benton High School. Mr. Sawyer was a veteran of the United States Army. He was owner/operator of Sawyer Ad, a local print shop. An avid hunter and fisherman, he also enjoyed scuba diving and riding motorcycles.
He is survived by his wife, Angela Ueing Sawyer of Malvern, to whom he was married on December 17, 1987; by two sons, Steven Sawyer (Jamie), and David Sawyer (Ashley); a daughter, Misty Sawyer; a brother Wilbur Byers, all of Malvern; a sister, Wilma Passmore (Terry) of Oklahoma; and three grandchildren, Tristan, River, and Ember.
Mr. Sawyer was also preceded in death by two brothers.
A memorial service will be held at eleven o’clock Monday morning, August 14, 2017 in the chapel of J. A. Funk Funeral Home with Brother Scott Efird officiating.
