Allen U. Johnson, age 84 of Malvern, died Monday, March 31, 2025.  He was born on February 23, 1941 in Hot Springs, Arkansas to the late Monroe Johnson and Edith Burris Johnson.  Mr. Johnson was reared and educated in Hobbs, New Mexico.  For many years, he worked at the Human Development Center, and Reynolds Cable.  He was a Baptist.  He loved Blue Grass music, and enjoyed riding motorcycles with his wife.  He was the husband of Agnes Ryder Johnson, to whom he was married on August 22, 1961 in Hobbs, New Mexico.  He could work on and fix anything.  He loved to regale friends with stories of both his accomplishments and failures (the latter of which there were very few)!

Mr. Johnson is survived by his wife, Agnes; a daughter, Dawn Toland of Hot Springs Village; and a brother, Raymond Johnson (Mary), of Malvern.

He was also preceded in death by his daughter, Denise Gail Johnson; and by three brothers, Rerall Johnson, Rodney Johnson, and Monroe Johnson, Jr.

In accordance with his wishes, there will be no services.
