Billie J. O'Brien, age 83 of Malvern, died September 11, 2024 in Hot Springs.  He was born on June 25, 1941 in Northeast Arkansas.  He was a medical coder and was proficient in computer programming.

He leaves no immediate survivors, but had many friends that looked out for him, including Hugo Hernandez.

There will be no formal services at this time, but he will be memorialized at a later date to be announced.
