Carolyn D. Glover, age 73 of Sheridan, died Friday, November 3, 2017 at Baptist Health Medical Center in Little Rock. She was born in Little Rock on February 9, 1944 to the late Roy C. Halpine and Elsie M. Kizer Halpine. Reared and receiving her early education in Malvern, she had worked as a machine operator for Hoover Universal and also had been a clerk in the Bryant, Arkansas, Revenue Office. Carolyn was a Christian. She loved to sing, to read, to play scrabble, and was an avid crossword puzzle fan. Carolyn also enjoyed playing games on her tablet. She was a member of the Order of the Eastern Star.

She was the widow of the late James L. Rogers, who died in 1984, and Ernest A. Glover, who died in 2013. Carolyn was also preceded in death by a brother, Roy (Dusty) Halpine, and a great-grandson, Nolan Scott Drain.

Her survivors include her children, Deborah Drain, Michael and Sandy Rogers, all of Mt. Pleasant, Michigan; Michelle Estrada, Mary and William Blundell, all of Hensley, Arkansas, and Kenneth and Tammie Rogers of Glen Rose; sisters, Patricia Troy (Bob) of Batesville, Arkansas, Beverly Kilgore of Justin, Texas; brothers, Randy Halpine (Susan) of Little Rock, and Kenneth Halpine (Kerri Jo) of East End; eight grandchildren, and seven great-grandchildren.

A visitation will be held on Monday afternoon, November 6, 2017, from four until six o'clock at J. A. Funk Funeral Home in Malvern.

Her funeral will be two o'clock Tuesday afternoon, November 7, 2017 in the funeral home chapel with Brother Jon Horton officiating. Interment will follow in Rockport Cemetery.

Pallbearers are: Jason Drain, Scott Drain, Cody Rogers, Matthew Rogers, Jacob Asher, and Dakota Blundell.
