Carolyn Dunn Sepulvado, age 78 of Malvern, passed away surrounded by family on Sunday, November 19, 2023.  She was born in Benton, Arkansas on April 3, 1945, to the late Otis Shaw and Mildred Blair Shaw.  Reared and educated in Benton, she had been a resident of Malvern since 1967.  Carolyn was a well-known, well-respected member of her community.  She was the first female window tinter in Arkansas and a successful business owner of B&W Glass & Trim in Malvern for nearly 43 years.  She enjoyed fishing, hunting, and making a place for herself in the world, usually using her John Deere tractor.  Carolyn loved to cook and entertain, leaving all who encountered her with lasting memories.  Carolyn was the widow of the late Pat Sepulvado, her loving husband, to whom she was married on December 18, 1987.

Her survivors include: her son, Tony Dunn (Stephanie), grandsons, Tony Shnaekel (Amy), Jon (Amber) Gibson, Jesse (Brittany) Gibson, Audrey Gibson, Zach (Jessica) Gibson with 11 grandchildren; daughter and caretaker Valerie Ahart; her granddaughter, Mackenzie (Forrest Selix); great-granddaughters. Addison, Charlotte, and Willow; her sister, Linda Humes; niece Kacee Wells (Justin), and great-niece Kaselee Wells; nephew, Jase Humes (Amber); and Uncle, Danny Shaw.

Her funeral will be Friday afternoon, November 24, 2023, at 2:00, in the chapel of J. A. Funk Funeral Home with interment to follow in Rockport Memorial Gardens.  A visitation will precede the service, beginning at 12:30.

Pallbearers will be Tony Shnaekel, Gene Goldsmith, Justin Wells, Jace Humes, Forrest Selix, and Jesse Gibson.
