Cecil Clyde Dartt, age 67 of Donaldson, died Wednesday evening, March 28, 2018. He was born on February 28, 1951 in Lewisburg, West Virginia to the late Ronnie Clyde Dartt and Virginia Ann Shepherd Dartt. He had been a resident of this area for 30 years. Cecil went on the carnival circuit in his teens and traveled with his "carnie family" for 30 years. He was a truck driver for Acme Brick. Cecil was a Christian.

He is survived by his sister and brother, Robin and Tom Herron of Donaldson; his carnival family, Bobbie McMurren, Robin Hicks, and Connie Perdue; nieces and nephews, Keara Herron (Jared), and Kyle Herron (Jessie); and grandchildren, Tyler, Cheyenne, Dakota, Chloe, Caiden, and Corbin.

A private family memorial service will be held at a later date.
