Charles E. Northcutt, age 83 of Little Rock , died Friday, November 5, 2010 in the Baptist Medical Center . He was born in Denton , Missouri on June 23, 1927 to the late Isaac Kitmon and Annie Lorine Southard Northcutt. Reared and educated in Denton , he was a retired Assembly of God minister, having been ordained in 1954. His pastorates include: Trumann , AR , Jonesboro , AR , Magnolia, AR, North Little Rock , Conway , AR , and Brinkley , AR. Upon his retirement in 1995, he was Hospital Chaplain for Victory Fellowship Church in Bryant , Arkansas .

He is survived by his wife, Gloria Bomar Northcutt of Little Rock, to whom he was married on February 1, 1948 in Steele, Missouri; two daughters, Diann Doherty of Little Rock and Janet Marie Williams of Malvern; two sons, Stephen Northcutt of Malvern and Mark Northcutt of Athens, Georgia; one sister, Sharon Ann Howell of Sanford, North Carolina; one brother, J. W. Northcutt of Albion, Michigan; five grandchildren, Adrianne McCraw, Amory Pratt, Jenna Northcutt Chambers, Sunni Boykins, and Rex Oswalt; eleven great-grandchildren, Tate and Brett McCraw, Addison Nichols, Kingston, Gavin, and Hadley Pratt, Aaron and Evan Hollingshead, Farrah Oswalt, Savannah Boykins, and Heston Chambers.

Mr. Northcutt was also preceded in death by two grandchildren, Tracy and Shane Northcutt, and by one sister and four brothers.

The funeral will be held at 11:00am Monday, November 8, 2010 at the Victory Fellowship Church in Bryant , Arkansas with Mark Northcutt, Stephen Northcutt, and Paul Doherty officiating. A visitation will precede the service at the church, beginning at 10:00am.

Graveside services will be at 12 noon on Tuesday, November 9, 2010 in the Mt. Zion Cemetery in Steele , Missouri , under the direction of J. A. Funk Funeral Home of Malvern, Arkansas .
