David Andrew Beason, age 71 of Malvern, died January 28, 2025 in Hot Springs.  He was born on September 15, 1953 in Inglewood, California to the late Melvin "Spud" Beason and Elizabeth "Betty" Ballweg Beason.  Reared and receiving his early education in Malvern, he later graduated from George Washington University in Washington, D.C. with a Master's degree in computer science.  David retired from the United States Army after 20 years of service.

He is survived by his brother, Richard Beason and his wife, Latisa, of Malvern.

David was also preceded in death by his brother, Bruce Beason.

At his request, there will be no services.  His ashes will be interred on the family plot in Ouachita Cemetery near Donaldson.
