Debra Carol Wheatley-Goodwin, age 59, of Bismarck, lost her courageous battle with cancer on September 25, 2022, at her home.  She was born on April 26, 1963, to the late Leo Wheatley and Barbara Cason Wheatley.  Reared and educated in Hot Spring County, she had worked for the past 13 years at Diamond Lakes Federal Credit Union, where she leaves behind many friends and co-workers.  Debbie had a deep faith and contributed to various churches.  She was a bright shining light that touched many hearts.

She is survived by her loving husband, George Goodwin; her brothers, Wayne and Daryl Wheatley, all of Bismarck, and numerous family members and friends.

A celebration of her life will be held on Saturday morning, October 8, 2022, at eleven o'clock, in the chapel of J. A. Funk Funeral Home, 318 Ash Street in Malvern, Arkansas
