Della J. Stanley, age 71, of Damascus, Arkansas, and formerly of Malvern, died Wednesday, November 12, 2014 in Conway, Arkansas. She was born on May 28, 1943 in Fenter, Arkansas to the late Frederick Luther Lingelbach and Mabel Maybell Nichols Lingelbach. Reared and educated in Hot Spring County, she was a homemaker. Mrs. Stanley loved to sew, quilt, and crochet.

She is survived by her son, James L. Wells and his wife, Hattie of Malvern; her daughter, Pamela Sampson and her husband David, of Damascus; by two sisters, Barbara Daniel of Indiana, and Freda King of Michigan; and by three grandchildren, Amanda Sampson, Danielle Wells, and Dallas Wells.

Mrs. Stanley was also preceded in death by three husbands: Henry H. Wells, the father of her children; John L. Smoke, and George Stanley; by a sister, Mary Joyce Daniel; and a grandson, Jeffrey Sampson.

Her funeral will be held at one o'clock Saturday afternoon, November 15, 2014 in the chapel of J. A. Funk Funeral Home with Brother Ian Kumpe officiating.

A visitation will precede the service by one hour, beginning at twelve noon.
