Derrick Wayne Williams, age 29 of McRae, Arkansas, formerly of Malvern, died Wednesday, September 16, 2015 in Little Rock as the result of a motorcycle accident. He was born on March 14, 1986 in Pine Bluff, Arkansas to Brian Williams and the former Debra Hawthorne Reared and educated in Malvern and Benton, Arkansas, he was yard manager for Stone Works, LLC. Derrick was a Baptist. He enjoyed fishing, and loved his family deeply.

He is survived by a daughter, Erika Williams of Little Rock, a son on the way, a step-son, Kyzin Gray, wife, Amanda Lurtz, special friend, Maranda Gray, three brothers, Ray Queen (Heather) of Prattsville, Clay Queen (Gale) of Searcy, Rusty Ray of Little Rock; two sisters, Angela Rhodes (Troy) of Little Rock, Katy Butz (Allen) of Conway, mother, Debra Queen of Jacksboro, Texas; father and step-mother, Brian and Shari Williams of Florida; grandparents, Linda Williams of Leesburg, Florida and Alice Thompson of White Hall; Uncle and Aunt Buddy and Betty Wallis of Malvern; aunts, April Tolley, Lorie Siler, Caroline Burros, and Deanna Reyneveld; numerous cousins and friends.

Funeral services are Sunday afternoon, September 20, 2015 at 3:00 in the chapel of J. A. Funk Funeral Home with Brother David Lengefeld officiating. Derrick's body will be cremated.
