Donald Ray Hulsey, age 54 of Malvern, died Saturday night, December 20, 2008, in the Hot Spring County Medical Center. He was born in Malvern on November 8, 1954 to Mary Adams Hulsey and the late Virgil Leon Hulsey. Reared and educated in Malvern, Donnie was in the yard care business until failing health disabled him. He was Pentecostal by denomination.

Donnie is survived by his mother, Mary Efird; by one brother, Lloyd Hulsey; by three step-brothers, Charles, Douglas, and Gary Efird; by three step-sisters, Diane Robbins and her husband, John, Charlene Korsmo, and Brenda Keisler and her husband, William, all of Malvern, by three sons, Alexander, Matthew, and Andrew Hulsey; and by a host of friends.

Donnie was also preceded in death by an infant brother, and by his step-father Charles Roland Efird.

His funeral will be held at one o'clock Friday afternoon, December 26, 2008, in the chapel of J. A. Funk Funeral Home with Pastors Will Ryan and Wayne Moore officiating. Interment will follow in the Harp Cemetery.

A visitation will immediately precede the funeral service, beginning at eleven o'clock. Pallbearers will be Danny Beck, Toby Korsmo, Tony Sorensen, Jonathon Keisler, John Robbins, and Charlie Kraft.
