Donna Sue Ward, age 58, of Malvern, died Friday, July 20, 2018 at Baptist Health Medical Center in Malvern. She was born on May 1, 1960 in St. Louis, Missouri to the late Donald and Ellen Sue Smith. Reared and educated in Corning, Arkansas, she had been a resident of the Malvern area since 2006. She was a homemaker and a member of The Church of Faith.

She is survived by her loving husband and devoted caregiver, Mervel Alan Ward, Jr. of Malvern; a sister, Sonja Crossfield of Noble, Arkansas; a brother, Don Smith, Jr. of Corning, Arkansas; and by her dog, Fancy.

Donna was also preceded in death by a half-brother, Jimmy Briney.

A memorial service will be held at eleven o'clock on Saturday morning, July 28, 2018 at The Church of Faith, 923 Wilson Street in Malvern, with Brother Scott Efird officiating.
