Elizabeth Ann Heath, age 72, of Bella Vista, Arkansas, died February 19, 2008 in the Circle of Life Hospice in Springdale, Arkansas. She was born on October 28, 1935 in Honolulu, Hawaii to the late John and Louise Pyle Caldwell. Reared and educated in California, Ann was an artist, a musician, an educator, a Life Coach, a Licensed Massage Therapist, and a retired legal secretary.

Her survivors include: a daughter and son-in-law, Dawn and Joe Groover of Malvern; a son and daughter-in-law, Roger Alan and Tammy Carter of Hot Springs; five grandchildren, Riley and Will Groover, Justin and Peyton Carter, and Jena McNeill.

She was also preceded in death by a sister, Patsy Caldwell.

A memorial service to celebrate Ann's life will take place in Northwest Arkansas later this spring. Details will be posted at the website: www.caringbridge.org.
