Eunice Greer Adams, age 93 of Malvern, died Monday morning, June 30, 2014 at her home. She was born in Saline County on June 22, 1921 to the late F. C. Greer and Margie Cox Greer. Reared and educated in Saline and Hot Spring Counties, she was a homemaker and the widow of the late Charlie L. Adams, to whom she was married on October 2, 1937 in Malvern. He preceded her in death in 1981. Eunice was a talented seamstress. Through the years, she plied her sewing abilities while working at Coleman's Dress Shop, Malvern Cleaners, and Allen's Sewing Center. She made clothes for her family and others. Eunice was a longtime member of North Main Church of Christ.

She is survived by her daughters, Gail Adams Simmons (the late Bill Simmons), and Sherri Adams Hollingsworth (Ed), all of Malvern; grandchildren, Dana Hill (Lloyd), Jackie Beck (Stanley), Charlie Hollingsworth (Sarah), Mike Hollingsworth (Katie), and Jason Hollingsworth (Kelsey); 12 great-grandchildren, and 3 great-great-grandchildren; her sister, Jerry Wilson of Longview, Texas, her dear friends Pat Simmons and Pearl Darrow Rogers, and many nieces and nephews.

Eunice was also preceded in death by her daughter, Pamela Greer Adams; brothers, Wilburn and Alfred Greer; sisters, Constance Reynolds, Freda Stiles, and Annie Darby; and dear friend Louise Bailey.

Her funeral will be two o'clock Thursday afternoon, July 3, 2014 in the chapel of J. A. Funk Funeral Home with Bryan Braswell, Edgar Simmons, Ed Hollingsworth, and Pat Greer speaking. Interment will follow in Oak Ridge Cemetery.

Pallbearers are: Charlie, Mike and Jason Hollingsworth, Dan Gilliam, Billy Beck, Adam Roberts, Reed Roberts, and Warren Spillman.
