Gloria Jean "Glomo" Wallace, age 64 of Malvern, died Sunday, June 10, 2018 at her home. She was born on July 20, 1953 in Watseka, Illinois to the late Karl Irwin, Sr. and Jacqueline Shoufler Irwin. Reared and educated in Rockford, Illinois, she had been a resident of Malvern since 2007. She was a member of New Fellowship Church in Rockford. For 15 years, Gloria worked for a company that manufactured air control systems: Invensys. She was an avid reader, loved to play computer games, and follow her friends on Facebook.

She is survived by two daughters, Jennifer Irwin of McKinney, Texas, and Cassandra Irwin of Malvern; two sisters, Vivian Dickerson of LaBelle, Florida, and Karla Smoker of Ocala, Florida; two brothers, Karl Irwin, Jr. of Ocala, Florida, and John Robert Irwin of Tennessee; seven grandchildren, Ta'Nijah Sherman, TaRizma Crecy, Josneea' Irwin, Taj Anique Irwin, Cornell Huell, Tre'Von Thomas, and Ja'Quavion Reynolds; and seven great-grandchildren, Maria, Zyia, Journee, Kahlil, Javon, Hazel, Briana, and one on the way.

Gloria was also preceded in death by a daughter, Kiah Irwin, a son, Joshua Irwin, and a sister, Joyce Wolstenholme.

A gathering of family and friends will be held from two until four o'clock Sunday afternoon, June 17, 2018, at J. A. Funk Funeral Home.
