James E. Fletcher, Jr., age 73 of Tucson, Arizona, went home to be with our Lord and Savior on May 17, 2016, after a long illness. He was a 1960 graduate of West Monroe high School, West Monroe, Louisiana, and received his B. A. and M. B. A. from University of Louisiana at Monroe. He had spent his life in banking and finance. He served in the U. S. Army after college and enjoyed spending time in the Colorado Rockies. He was preceded in death by his father, James E. Fletcher, Sr.

Survivors include his mother, Ethel Fowler Fletcher of Malvern; his wife Judith Parker Fletcher of Tucson, Arizona; his son, Jeffrey Fletcher (Vanessa) of Tucson, and two grandchildren, Simon and Sophie; his sister, Linda Parker (Larry) of Malvern; brother, Ken Fletcher (Karen) of West Monroe, Louisiana; and four nieces and nephews.

A memorial service will be conducted in Malvern at a later date.
