Sherry Jane "Janie" Wherry, age 63 of Malvern, died Friday, January 8, 2021.  She was born on August 11, 1957 in Little Rock.  Janie graduated from McClellan High School in Little Rock, and had been a resident of Malvern since 1990.  She was a caregiver and a member of the Church of Faith.  Janie was the wife of Tony Wherry, to whom she was married on April 19, 2000.

She is also survived by her children, Andre Johnson and his wife, Staci, of Lakeside, Gerard Johnson and his wife, Kristela, of Hot Springs Village, Bianca Williams and her husband, Cody, of Hot Springs, and Amber Fletcher and her husband, Allen, of Benton; two brothers, Ronnie Johnson of Little Rock, and Gerry Johnson of Malvern; 15 grandchildren, Easton, Jaden, Macy, Hannah, Ayden, and Sophia Johnson; Preston Harness, McKenzie and Skyler Kennedy; Linzee Threlkeld, Ethan Zaunbrecher, Hadlee and Annalee Williams, and Camden and Zeke Fletcher.

A memorial service will be held at two o'clock Thursday afternoon, January 14, 2021 in the chapel of J. A. Funk Funeral Home with Brother Scott Efird officiating.
