Jerry L. Sibley, age 70, of Malvern, died Wednesday, July 25, 2012 in the Arbor Oaks Health Center . He was born on December 23, 1941 in Long Beach , California to the late J. D Sibley and Geraldine Burks Sibley. Moving to Malvern at an early age with his family, he was reared and educated here, and was a graduate of Malvern High School . He had been a member of the Arkansas National Guard and the Moose Lodge. He enjoyed "making the rounds" visiting his friends. For 40 years he was the owner/operator of Sibley's Service Station at the corner of West Page Avenue and Stanley Street .

He is survived by his wife, Jo Teale Sibley, to whom he was married on February 6, 1990; by his step children, Mike Teale of Malvern, Randy Teale of Hot Springs, Buddy Teale of Greenwood, Arkansas, and Liz Haverty of Krum, Texas; a brother, Mike Sibley of Story, Arkansas; a nephew, James SIbley of Fayetteville, Arkansas; two nieces, Amanda Kratz of Malvern and Jessice Hood of Dallas, Texas; and by numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren and great great grand children.

At Jerry's request, there will be no service.
