Marjorie M. Anderson, age 90 of Malvern, died Sunday morning, August 26, 2012 in the Hot Spring County Medical Center. She was born in Prescott , Arkansas on March 16, 1922 to the late Fred Anderson and Velma Riggan Anderson. Reared and receiving her early education in Prescott , she graduated from Henderson State Teachers College with a bachelor of science in education degree. A longtime resident of Malvern, she taught in the Malvern Public School System for over 30 years, where she was a sponsor for the FBLA (Future Business Leaders of America). Miss Anderson was a member of First Presbyterian Church.

She is survived by her nephews, Jack and his wife Becky Roseberry of Benton, Richard and his wife Mary Beth Roseberry of Malvern; by great-nephews, Brandon (Cheyanne), Justin (Hollie), Claigh (Morgan), Bryan (T. K.), and Heath (Lauren); by four great-great-nephews, Case, Tucker, Brady, and Rex; and by two great-great-nieces, Isabella and Olivia, all to whom she was known affectionately as Aunt Mo.

Visitation will begin at two o'clock Tuesday afternoon, August 28, 2012 at J. A. Funk Funeral Home.

A cortege will leave the funeral home en route to Harp Cemetery for graveside services to begin at 3:30 p.m., officiated by Reverend Mike Fikes.

She was also preceded in death by her sister and brother-in-law, Virginia and Jack Roseberry, Sr.

Pallbearers will be her great-nephews.

Memorials may be made to 1st Presbyterian Church, the Malvern Boys and

Girls Club, or the Humane Society.
