Pamela Kay Lee, age 55 of Malvern, died Wednesday at her home. She was born in Malvern on December 12, 1957 to Dorothy Jean Dammann Key and the late Elgin Calvin Key. Reared and educated in California and Malvern, she had been a press brake operator for Air Tech Supply in Hot Springs. Pamela was a Baptist. She loved to hunt and fish, and was an avid gardener. One of her favorite pastimes was listening to the Hippie Holler Band.
She is survived by her husband, Charles A. "Charlie" Lee of Malvern, to whom she was married on January 21, 2000; her son, Danny King, Jr., and her special caregiver, Christi Nix, of Malvern; a brother, Ronnie Key and his wife Diane of Malvern; four grandchildren, Jasmine King, Madison King, Stone King, and Hayden Arnold; a sister-in-law, Rita Frazier and her husband Charles, and a brother-in-law Richard Smith. She also leaves behind her two loving cats, Max and Tigger.
Pamela was also preceded in death by a brother, Michael Key, and a sister, Judy Smith.
A gathering of family and friends will take place at two o'clock Saturday afternoon, June 15, 2013 at Pamela's home with Kevin Hunt officiating.
Honorary pallbearers are Jim Davis and Mike Nissen.
Memorials are requested to the American Cancer Society.
