Peggy Ann Watts, age 54 of Hot Springs, died Tuesday, April 16, 2024 at CHI St. Vincent in Hot Springs.  She was born in Los Angeles, California on January 7, 1970 to the late Richard Reynolds and Carol Joyce Millhallen Reynolds.  Reared and educated in Malvern, she was a homemaker and had been a server in local restaurants.  Peggy loved to cook, listen to country music, and spend time with her grandchildren.

She is survived by her children, Samantha Batts (Seth) of Malvern, and Stephen Paukstys of St. Petersburg, Florida; by her siblings, Kim Brewer of New Jersey, and Bill Reynolds (Donna) of Malvern; and by two grandchildren, Lilly Batts and Sophia Batts.

A memorial service will be held on Saturday afternoon, April 27, 2024, at one o'clock in the chapel of J. A. Funk Funeral Home.
