Phillip Todd Hughes, age 64, of Caddo Valley, died Thursday, June 12, 2025 at his home.  He was born in Malvern on September 27, 1960 to the late Clyde Hughes and Gwendolyn Phillips Hughes.  Reared and educated in Malvern, he was a security officer for Falcon Jet in Little Rock.  Phillip was an avid Ham Radio operator and enjoyed the CB era.  He was a member of Trinity Baptist Church.  Phillip loved music of all genres, either playing it or listening to it.

He is survived by his children, Jessica Williams of Panama City Beach, Florida; Zoey Hughes and Phoebe Hughes, both of Malvern; by two sisters, Nancy Jenkins and her husband, Bobby, of Malvern, and Rebecca Coltrain and her husband, George, of Batesville, Arkansas; and by two grandchildren, Dallas and Cheyenne Williams.

At Phillips's request, there will be no services.
