Ramona Ann Holiman, age 58, of San Francisco, California, died Sunday November 18, 2012. She was born in Malvern on December 28, 1953 to Mary Alsop Holiman and the late Thomas Ray Holiman. Reared and receiving her early education in the Ouachita School District in Hot Spring County, she was a graduate of Ouachita Baptist University, where she earned her bachelor's degree. She received her Master's degree from Arkansas State University in Jonesboro, and her Juris Doctorate from the University of Arkansas at Fayetteville School of Law. She was a practicing attorney for a number of years before her health began to fail. Ramona Ann was brought up as a Baptist. She had been a resident of San Francisco since 1980.

She is survived by her mother, Mary Holiman of Donaldson; her sister, Virginia Raye Holiman Wells of Lonsdale; and a nephew, Billy Ray Overton of Malvern.

Her funeral will be at two o'clock Tuesday afternoon, November 27, 2012 in the chapel of J. A. Funk Funeral Home with Brother Hollis McDermott officiating. A visitation will precede the service by one hour, beginning at one o'clock. Interment will be in Oak Ridge Cemetery.
