Samuel Kenneth Hollomon, age 87, of Malvern, died Saturday, April 23, 2016 in Hot Springs. He was born on July 24, 1928 in Blevins, Arkansas to the late Frank Hollomon and Vera Cooper Hollomon, and was their last surviving of ten children. For most of his working life, he was an oil field worker and worked as a deck hand on drilling rigs. Mr. Hollomon was a member of the Church of Christ.

Mr. Hollomon leaves behind his wife, Pauline Lindsey Hollomon, to whom he was married on August 25, 1951 in Malvern; his children, Kenneth Hollomon (Terri) of Biloxi, Mississippi, Mark Hollomon, Tracy Hollomon (Annette), Bobbie Kielma (Jim), and Terri Nichols (Rick), all of Glen Rose, and Elton Hollomon of Fairplay; 18 grandchildren, and 26 great-grandchildren.

He was also preceded in death by three sisters and six brothers; grandson, Matt Hollomon; great-granddaughter, Taylor Bell; son-in-law Jerry Bell, Jr., and daughter-in-law, Diane Hollomon.

A private graveside service was held on Monday, April 25, 2016 at Harp Cemetery with Jack Avaritt officiating.
