Everett Tracy Byrd, age 60 of Malvern, died unexpectedly on Wednesday, February 3, 2021 in Memphis, Tennessee.  He was born in Malvern on February 27, 1960 to Darlene Blair Byrd and the late Ollie Everett Byrd.  Reared and educated in Malvern, Tracy was a carpenter by trade and, more recently, was a long-distance trucker.  He loved to fish and was an avid gardener.  The deer that lived around his property especially loved his purple hull peas and okra, much to Tracy's dismay!  He loved his family and was there for them always.  Tracy was on the job working when the angels came.  His family is profoundly saddened, but they know the day will come when there will be a glad reunion!

He leaves behind his wife, LaDonna Church Byrd of the home; his mother, Darlene Byrd; his children, Brittney Byrd Jones (Brian) of Hot Springs, Steven Byrd of Malvern, and Kyle Byrd (Lena) of Social Hill; his brother, Norman Byrd (Karen) of Malvern; his sisters, Lanna Byrd Rhodes (Lucas) of Malvern, and Jennifer Byrd Wise (Andy) of Vilonia; and his five grandchildren.

There will be a memorial service held at a later date.
