Velda Cecile Townley Flint, age 73, of Malvern, passed way Monday, February 21, 2022.  She was born in Malvern on December 4, 1948 to the late William Earle Townley and Lois Marie Townley.  Velda was also preceded in death by her husband, Alvin Flint, her sister and brother-in-law, Elaine Townley Shoptaw and Raymond Shoptaw.

She is survived by her brothers, Jerry Townley, Larry Townley and his wife, Tracye; her sister-in-law, Peggy Shoptaw; three nieces and three nephews, and their children, all of whom mourn this loss.

A small family service was held at Cooper Cemetery under the direction of J. A. Funk Funeral Home.
