Victoria Josephine Bell Green, age 62 of El Paso, Texas, died Tuesday, April 18, 2023.  She was born on September 26, 1960, in Little Rock to Larry Bell and Alma Lou LeQuieu Bell.  Receiving her early education in the Glen Rose school district, she went on to graduate with a Bachelor of Science degree in health care management. Victoria was a veteran of the United States Army, was a Licensed Vocational Nurse from 1980 until 2019 and retired after 25 years of employment at the El Paso Veterans Healthcare Services.  She was a Baptist.

She is survived by her son, David Jeremiah Green (Mary) of New Mexico; her daughter, Sasha L. Gray (Karl) of El Paso; her siblings, Toney LeQuieu (Elizabeth) of Greenwood, Arkansas, Lori Burton (Kenney) of Bryant, Arkansas, and Billy LeQuieu (Stacey) of Benton; by eight grandchildren, four great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.

Private graveside services will be held at Ten Mile Cemetery near Benton under the direction of J. A. Funk Funeral Home of Malvern.
